Barcelona are apparently interested in Swansea City’s Michel Vorm as a potential replacment for Victor Valdes this summer.
With Valdes having confirmed that he will not be renewing his contract beyond its June 2014 expiry, the Catalan club are seen as contemplating a move for a replacement this summer.
To the long list of ‘keepers already linked to the club, The Daily Star suggest that Swansea’s Vorm can be added.
It is believed that Barca have sent scouts to the Liberty Stadium this term to assess the 29-year-old Dutchman’s credentials and apparently see that he would suit the Camp Nou outfit’s particular style of playing out from the back.
Vorm has a contract with Michael Laudrup’s Premier League side through to June 2016.
