Real Madrid’s Angel Di Maria faces tests later today to determine the extent of a suspected hamstring injury suffered against Manchester United.
The Argentine was forced out of the Champions League Last 16 second leg before half-time complaining of discomfort in his left leg.
Early indications are that the winger has suffered a slight tear of the hamstring and could face a period of recovery on the sidelines.
Tests will be carried out later today for a more conclusive diagnosis.
Madrid went on to win Tuesday evening’s game 2-1, to advance to the quarter-finals 3-2 on aggregate.
