Former Real Madrid defender Ivan Helguera has claimed that Jose Mourinho looks 'tired of the club'.
The Portuguese Coach has been constantly linked with a move away from Santiago Bernabeu at the end of the season, with Chelsea, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain likely suitors for his signature.
And the ex-Spain international believes the 50-year-old is 'fatigued' in the capital, whilst also commenting on who he thinks should be his successor.
“I think Mourinho is tired,” he told EFE Radio. “Especially after everything that has happened this season.
“He's already been at Madrid for a few years, and the club takes a lot out of you. This is hard for any Coach.
“I think everything depends on what happens in the Champions League – if they win that, maybe he will stay.
“Madrid should go Spanish with their next manager,” he added. “I like Alberto Toril – he knows the club, and knows what it takes to be the best.
“Just look at the trust shown in Tito Vilanova after Guardiola left Barcelona.”
