Real Madrid President Florentino Perez gave a message of encouragement to the club’s players, reminding them of a core philosophy.

The side are 16 points behind Barcelona in the League after a poor first two-thirds of the season, but are still in contention in the Copa del Rey and Champions League.

Speaking at a publicity event to present Nivea as the club’s latest sponsorship partner, Perez took the opportunity to encourge the team.

“Real Madrid are one of the leading brands in the world and, along with Nivea, we have the aim of being leaders and being competitive until the end, because this club fights until the end and is one that will never give up,” the President declared.
