Sevilla President Jose Maria del Nido has admitted that some members of staff have not been paid in full.
The Rojiblancos chief has claimed that eleven players have seen their wages delayed, but insists that it will not mean disqualification from European competition – a la Malaga.
“I met with 11 players whose payments have been delayed,” he told reporters. “There has been some delay, but the €42m worth of salaries will be paid, but only in €3m chunks.
“The danger of falling out of Europe by default is zero per cent.”
