Sergio Ramos has once again hit out at claims that he is part of a vendetta against Coach Jose Mourinho.
Reports in recent weeks have indicated that the Spain international, alongside Iker Casillas, have issued an ultimatum to the board, insisting that the Portuguese tactician be sacked.
But the defender has rubbished those rumours, as well as commenting on their upcoming Copa clash against Barcelona – a game he is suspended for.
“A plot against Mourinho? It's just a big lie,” he told reporters. “We are all united at Madrid.
“In recent weeks the team has been on a very good run, and that accumulation of victories can only encourage us going into Wednesday's match.
“It bothers me that I'm not able to play, but I have to comply with the sanctions.”
