Levante midfielder Pape Diop believes Atletico Madrid forward Radamel Falcao is 'the best striker in the world'.
The Granotes host Diego Simeone's side this weekend, and the Senegalese anchor-man has admitted that the 26-year-old goalscorer is superb, but has warned against focusing too much on the Colombian.
“In the 18-yard box there is no one like him,” Diop told a Press conference. “It will certainly be very hard to contain him. I think he's the best striker in the world.
“Atletico have many good players however, and we have to be wary of that.
“They are second in the League, and they are there because they are doing the right things. It will be very difficult to get something out of the game, but we will try.
“We always go out to win, no matter who the opponents are. We will have to be strong defensively if we want to do well.”
