Jose Mourinho can count on one more defender at Real Madrid, as Fabio Coentrao made a return to full training.
The Portuguese full-back had been suffering with a groin injury since the final weeks of 2012, but took a full part in training today, to somewhat ease Mourinho’s selection issues further.
The Coach is without Pepe for a month, whilst Marcelo is still recovering his full fitness after a lengthy spell on the sidelines.
Last week saw Coentrao turn up late for the year’s first training session, handed a €30,000 fine and reportedly warned by Mourinho that his future at the club was up for consideration.
