Malaga expect €5m profit

Malaga have announced today announced an expected profit of €5m for the 2012/13 season.

The club held their annual AGM at La Rosaleda this afternoon, and have confirmed that with revenue of €89m and costs €84m projected for the current season, they expect to have a surplus of €5m.

The Andalusians have had their fair share of financial difficulties over the past few months, with reports earlier on in the campaign of some player and Coaches not being paid.

This recent news however, will come as light relief for the club as they look forward to their first ever Champions League knockout game against Porto in the New Year.
