Jordi Alba has reflected on his hunger for trophies having joined Barcelona and revealed his belief in the squad to win the treble.
The converted left-back returned to the Catalans this summer from Valencia and has reflected at the close of the calendar year’s fixtures on his ambitions for 2013.
“How has 2012 gone? I think you can always improve. We’ve done well and hopefully I can remain at my current level next year,” he told Sport in an interview today.
“So far I have not had a chance to win a major title with a club and I have now reached an important team, the best in the world, to fight for the big things.
“Hopefully I can win all the titles. I do not think of any in particular, because they are all equally important.
“The treble? I’d like to win them all, yeah. We know it is hard, but we have the team for it. A club like Barca opts for all possible trophies.”
