Sources in the Italian media are suggesting Athletic Bilbao striker Fernando Llorente may well join Juventus in January.
This runs contrary to two other reports this week, with Athletic Coach Marcelo Bielsa insisting there will be no January exit for the player , before it was claimed that Llorente himself prefers a move to England, and not Italy.
However the Gazzetta dello Sport states that Juve – who are currently top of Serie A and have qualified for the last 16 of the Champions League – will tempt the Basque club with a bid in the region of €5-6m for the Spanish international’s services.
The Bianconeri’s alternative in the event of failure, is apparently Shanghai Shenhua’s Didier Drogba.
