Osasuna Coach Jose Luis Mendilibar believes Rayo Vallecano were 'the best team' they've faced after their 1-0 win on Friday night.
The Pamplona-based side claimed a narrow win yesterday evening, but the 51-year-old tactician has claimed that the Franjirrojos put them through their toughest test this season.
“It was a complicated game,” he told a Press conference. “It was the hardest match we've had so far. Rayo were the best team we've played.
“We had that little bit of luck, that they just lacked. We have won a match that we probably didn't really merit.”
