Milan are reportedly keen to make a move for Barcelona’s young winger Cristian Tello as soon as the January transfer window.
The 21-year-old was linked with a loan move out of the Camp Nou last summer, before Tito Vilanova requested that he stayed.
With the Coach since regularly including the player in matchday squads, Barca have been in contract negotiations for the past couple of months.
Tello’s current deal expires next June, although recent reports suggest that he is only a few small details away from signing on with the club.
Sport believe that even if this is the case, Milan are determined to sign the player and are considering either interrupting his contract negotiations to sign him in January at a reduced cost, or waiting until he renews and still coming in with an offer.
The Rossoneri, who have Barca-owned Bojan Krkic currently on their books, are understood to be preparing a €8m offer for the pacey attacker.
