Malaga boss Manuel Pellegrini has admitted he was only satisfied with his side after their 2-2 draw with Zenit St Petersburg.
The Andalusians threw away a two-goal lead in Russia, but gained the point they needed to guarantee top spot in Champions League Group C.
But the Chilean Coach wasn't overjoyed at the final whistle, conceding that he expected to get through.
“We got the point we needed here tonight,” he told the club's official website. “The team has responded with all our expectations.
“I was satisfied we got the draw to get top spot.”
