Paris Saint-Germain President Nasser al Khelaifi has suggested his club will pursue Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Portuguese international recently said that he was 'sad' at the Bernabeu, and the Qatari businessman at the helm of the Ligue 1 club has asserted that he can offer the 27-year-old a way out.

“When we want Cristiano, we will discuss it with Real Madrid,” Al Khelaifi told Marca. “If he is sad, then we will talk to him.”

PSG have spent over €257m over the past two seasons, securing the signature of big names such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Javier Pastore and Ezequiel Lavezzi.
