Alaves are favourites to complete a loan deal for Valencia midfielder Alvaro Medran who must move for more first-team minutes, say reports in Spain.
The former Spain Under-21 international signed a four-year deal at the Mestalla last summer from Real Madrid but started only 10 La Liga matches.
Dani Parejo, Carlos Soler and Geoffrey Kondogbia appear to be the first-choice midfielders at Los Che with former Getafe loanee Medran set to move in search of first-team football.
Marca report Malaga, Espanyol and Getafe have also expressed an interest in the 23-year-old but the Basque club are favourites for his signature.
